Mr. Brown was responsible for Blockbuster's global Internet operations, development and trials of an in-home entertainment-on-demand service, development of an online video rental application, creation of a video rental application for mobile devices, and the production of online voting and video streaming of the Blockbuster Awards live from Hollywood.

As Vice President Internet Marketing for The Mark Travel Corporation, Mr. Brown oversaw the online development of global brands including Funjet, United Airlines Vacations, Southwest Airlines Vacations, Air Jamaica Vacations, Spirit Vacations, Midwest Airlines Vacations, and many others.

As Vice President Web Operations for LasVegas.com, Mr. Brown was responsible for the design, development, and launch of the world's most popular destination website.

Mr. Brown is a pioneer in digital media. As early as the 1980's, he developed interactive kiosk applications. In the 1990's he developed award winning CD-ROM titles for McGraw Hill and Grolier. A CD-ROM pathology reference he developed for Chapman and Hall is still in use in hospitals across the nation. He also produced a double CD-ROM title, Johnny Miller's Interactive Golf, for NBC Sports.

Bill Geoghegan has a rich background in Internet technology, especially as it applies to the Hotel and Casino industries. He is an expert in Internet distribution systems and strategies.

Mr. Geoghegan has held senior executive positions with companies such as SynXis and MAI Systems Corporation. He has also founded technology companies including Lodging and Gaming Technology Consulting, Inc., Class V Projects, Inc., and Advantage One, Inc. Mr. Geoghegan continues to evaluate and research the electronic distribution options and has been instrumental in leading Standards projects within the Hospitality arena.
