WebFactorE
Training Program
Racing for a Cure is Hard Work
The WebFactorE team began formal training on February
1, 2006 for participation in a century ride in June. Over
the next four months, the team's training schedule will
include no less than three weekday rides and two weekend
rides. The rides will consist of a combination of endurance
and interval training with lots of sprinting and climbing
mixed into the routine. The team will ride almost 2,000
miles before riding in the century in June. In addition
to logging miles on the road, team members will cross
train with weights, exercise machines, and other sports.
The team's training schedule is posted here. You may also
monitor the team's individual training results including
stats like distance of ride, total time, average speed,
top speed, average heart rate, and more by using the buttons
